A number of years ago, while visiting my Aunt Carrie, I asked her to take time and pen her recollections growing up in the Deaton Family.

Sadly, Carrie's story ended on Page 9 and I never received the missing page, or the rest of the story. I contacted Carrie's daughter, Joyce, but she could not find any missing page nor the original copy of her recollections. Joyce Gillen Hunt passed away in 2018.
